David has been skillfully challenged by a woman who reminds him that even after three years have passed, Absalom has not been brought back. David acknowledges that and arrangements are made for Absalom to be brought back but when he arrives he is not welcomed by David but assigned elsewhere. He was Recalled without Repentance.
