Now halfway through the Book of Ruth, we come to the fascinating section where the plan, preparation and pledge of Redemption are outlined in detail. It begins with Naomi, involves Ruth then subsequently Boaz. Although the approach detailed is quite different to the way things occur in our so-called modern society, they are actually quite thrilling and inspiring as Ruth follows the instructions of Naomi with great care.
