In Ephesians 4:1, Paul has urged the believers in the church at Ephesus to be diligent in walking worthy of their high calling in Christ Jesus. In verses 2 and 3, he tells them they are to manifest the graces of humility, gentleness, patience and love. These are all part of the fruit of the Spirit.
